2.25 cups All-Purpose Flour equivalent to 2 1/4 cups
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
.25 cup Infused Butter
.75 cup Uninfused Butter equivalent to 1 1/2 stick, softened
.75 cup Granulated Sugar equivalent to 3/4 cup
.75 cup Brown Sugar equivalent to 3/4 cup, packed
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
12 oz package 1 cup Nuts chopped, optional
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 6 – 8 minutes or until golden brown. Move to wire racks to cool.
